So… my agency has been working on Therap for a couple years now… and we are just now rolling out ISP tracking. Let me tell you how frustrating this is…
I have been working hard over the last year to get Therap up and moving in my agency, but its hard. See, our agency has two seperate offices, a little over a hundred miles apart. Its so hard to get the two both on the same page, and I am only one person.
To the rest of you trainers, and any one really… does any one have experience with this? What do you do in your agency to get every one “on board the same bus?”
The modules we use now, we use well. I just want to get the rest rolled out, and we seem to be stuck. Your feedback is appreciated.
