California North Bay User Group Meeting

Join our upcoming California North Bay User Group Meeting on September 18, 2019. In California, Therap directly works with DDS, Regional Centers, and hundreds of Vendors. Therap also supports the service models in place across California Regional Centers, including Independent Living Supports (ILS), Supported Living Services (SLS), Community and Supported Employment and more. Therap works with both large and small providers, as well as families and self-advocates.

The user group is hosted and conducted onsite at an agency using Therap. All Therap users in California are invited to attend any of the scheduled meetings.

About the presenters:

Brent Hessee is a Business Development Consultant at Therap. He began working in the developmental disability field as a Direct Support Professional and has worked in multiple facets of an organization including Supported Living Services and Residential Services.

Stan Higgins is a Business Development Consultant at Therap. He has been working in the Developmental Disability field since 1998 and has worked in agencies that provide Supported Living, Independent Living, Day Program, Transportation, Residential, Job Placement and Recreation services for adults.

Know the Presenters:

Joseph P. Traina is a Senior Training & Implementation Specialist who joined Therap in 2014. Joseph has been working in the field of supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities since 1999.

Seanette Smith is a Senior Training & Implementation Specialist who has worked in the state of Oregon as a Personal Service Worker (PSW) Liaison/QED over the past year in the field related to Developmental Disability. Other than that she has a sound experience as a Billing Coder/Specialist.

Kevin Dierks is the Therap Regional Director- Pacific Rim who has been working with Therap’s Business Team since 2009. He has worked with people having developmental disabilities and the communities and systems for over 20 years.

California User Group Meeting on March 15, 2018 at 10 AM PDT

Join our upcoming user group meeting for users in the state of California.The usergroup will take place at Exceptional Children’s Foundation (Hyde Location), Inglewood, CA 90302.

Therap has been supporting community service provider agencies and vendors in California since 2006, and currently thousands of individuals with disabilities in California are being supported by agencies that use Therap’s Electronic Documentation and Communication tools. This includes the full spectrum of services in California from ILS, SLS, Day and Supported Employment services to Residential and ICF, meeting State and Regional Center requirements and increasing operational efficiency.

Arizona User Group Meeting, February 23, 2017

Join us at our upcoming User Group Meeting for users in the state of Arizona. The meeting will be hosted at Guthrie Mainstream Service, 727 S Ext Rd, Mesa, AZ 85210.

This is an opportunity for Therap users from agencies in the state of Arizona providing services and supports in the Intellectual and Developmental Disability community to meet and discuss state and regional issues, and clarify and learn about the latest Therap releases and how they are aligned with the Arizona Developmental Disabilities Planning Council. It is an open forum to check in with Therap and learn from and share with other Therap users in the area. Therap team member, Kitti Gutierrez, along with others will be on hand to answer any technical questions and transmit the group’s consensus state needs and requirements to the Therap development team for review.
