We are very happy to announce the Regional Conference in Bend, Oregon for 2019. The conference is scheduled for August 20, 2019, and will be held at Riverhouse on the Deschutes. The conference is going to be a one-day event full of sessions by Oregon Therap experts and it will give you a chance to network with your counterparts from across the state.
Therap National Conference 2020 will be held on January 28-30 at Denver, Colorado. We are offering an opportunity to Therap users who are interested in presenting either in a seminar/tutorial or panel discussion format at the event on topics that may interest your agency. Therap users can also include surveyors, families, state caseworkers or others who are interacting with agencies using Therap.

We are very happy to announce the New Mexico state conference in Albuquerque for 2019. The conference is scheduled on May 21-22, 2019 at the Isleta Resort & Casino. It is going to be one and a half day event of sessions by New Mexico Therap experts and a chance to network with your counterparts from across the state.
The event will be a good place to learn about recent developments in the Therap system, as well as individual support documentation and reporting, electronic health records (EHR) and training management from the technology leader in the developmental disabilities field. The training intensive event will include beginner, intermediate, and advanced level sessions conducted by Therap experts on various Therap modules.

Calvin Christensenjoined Therap in 2014. He is a Business Development Consultant here at Therap. He began working in the mental health and developmental disabilities field in 2010. Calvin worked for an agency in Nebraska who provided services to adults who were considered high risk. Through this experience, Calvin gained a true understanding of how to provide services to individuals in the least restrictive environment possible.
Sarah Christiansenis currently a Senior Training & Implementation Specialist at Therap Services. Sarah Christiansen joined the Therap team as a Training Specialist in 2015. She has been working in the DD and Mental Health field since 2009. What drew Sarah to the human services field was the opportunity to help people find and explore their passions and enjoy the best quality of life possible.
Deborah Hibbard Brito is a Senior State Training & Implementation Specialist here at Therap. she has had a unique path to joining Therap Services. She began working in the Mental Health field in 1995 after graduating from Houghton College, NY with a Bachelors of Science degree with a major in Outdoor Recreation and Camp Administration and a minor in Psychology.
Seanette Smith is a Senior Training & Implementation Specialist at Therap. She has worked in the state of Oregon as a Personal Service Worker (PSW) Liaison/QED in the field related to Developmental Disability. Other than that she has over 10 years of experience as a Billing Coder/Specialist.

Currently, thousands of individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) in California are being supported by agencies that use Therap’s Electronic Documentation and Communication tools.
About the presenter:
Brent Hessee is a Business Development Consultant who joined Therap in the year 2011. He started working as a Training and Implementation Specialist and has trained over 15,000 people on how to implement Therap in their agency successfully. Brent has worked in the field as a Direct Support Professional. Moreover, he has worked in Supported Living Services as well as the Residential Services. Other than that, he was the Director of a Day Program for 10 years.

Seanette Smith is the Senior Training & Implementation Specialist at Therap. She has over 10 years of experience as a Billing Coder/Specialist. She has also worked in the Developmental Disability Program in the state of Oregon as a Personal Service Worker (PSW) Liaison/QED.
Kevin Dierks is the Regional Director-Pacific Rim at Therap. He has supported people with developmental disabilities and communities since 1990. His experience has taken him from the front lines of program delivery to program management and systems change. He has been involved in National, Federal, State and community level public research and initiatives involving public health, disability, technology, and human services.
