Annual OSP

The annual PCSP meeting needs to be held (and the plan written and approved) before the end date of the current OSP (which is by default the end date of DDPM service date on the ISP section) and authorized ICF/MR or waiver services on the ISP (a year minus a day).

  • Need an alert 90 days prior to the end date of DDPM (to remind them to schedule the meeting, send out the invite, etc.).
  • This alert would be for the PC on the provider side.
  • Program note: If Provider schedules the annual PCSP meeting one year minus one day from the previous plan they should meet the timeline. If they schedule it later, then they have less time to write and implement the plan.
  • If Providers wish to have additional time to write the plan and train staff, the PCSP meeting can be held up to 4 weeks in advance.
  • The annual date of the OSP can be changed to suit the needs of the individual / guardian and/or the team as long as the OSP is completed prior its end date.
  • The drop-dead date is the end date for DDPM service and authorized services on the ISP.
