Logistics

Conference Shuttle Service:
Transportation will be provided between the convention center and our selected conference accommodations listed on the Accommodations tab (with rooms currently available at Hampton Inn & Suites and Country Inn & Suites). Specific pickup and drop-off schedules will be shared closer to the event date. -
Airport Transportation:
Shuttle service to the airport will be available from the conference center on Thursday, February 11th, between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM (subject to availability). -
Meals:
Therap will provide complimentary lunch for all three days of the conference (February 9–11), as well as a light reception on Tuesday evening, February 9th. -
