Exhibit Hall Booth Requirements for All Exhibitors

  • Company Name.
  • Company Description and Website Link.
  • Contact Names to be placed on Booth.
  • For GIF, Maximum 2 images in PNG format having dimension of 90px X 120px.
  • Tagline or Slogan (not exceeding 30 words).
  • For company Logo, the dimension should be 260px X 66px (width X height).
  • For the pictures/static images, the format should be jpeg or png. The dimension of the image should be 90px X 120px (width X height).
  • Exhibitor approved & provided PDF brochure for “flyer” access.
  • For company YouTube videos, the duration of the video must be less than 3 mins.
  • Target email address to receive virtual fishbowl lead submissions.
  • Post conference featured email content for sending to attendees.

Conference Catalogue Full Page Advertisement Requirements for Supporting & Premier Sponsors

  • Exhibitor supplied, artwork approved, camera ready full page ad for use in the Conference Catalogue(s). PDF files are acceptable.

Additional Requirements for Premier Sponsors Only

  • Submission of 30 seconds Video to be featured during Plenary Session. YouTube link required.
