Electronic Visit Verification Specialist
Therap Services, the leading provider of online electronic health records and documentation for individuals with developmental disabilities, is actively searching for a candidate to join their team as a Electronic Visit Verification Specialist.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Train and consult customers that use the Therap Scheduling and EVV module and guide them on the set up and utilization of the software
- Provide live customer support via email, video meeting, and phone
- Present at Therap conferences and user groups
- Advise customers on scheduling and EVV practices using Therap software and
- Troubleshoot EVV aggregator issues
- Exhibit self-sufficiency and flexibility in working both independently and remotely within a diverse national and global organization
Skills Required:
- Experience with EVV preferred
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills along with good decision making capability
- Excellent communication skills (both
written and verbal) - Proficient in the use of Excel and Google suite
Preferences:
- Experience working in the developmental disability field in an administrative or management role
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Basic administrative skills
- Must have experience using Therap applications
- Enthusiasm for public speaking, computers, teaching, presenting, problem solving
