eLearning Experience Creator

Therap Services, the national leader in online electronic health records and documentation for people with developmental disabilities is seeking an individual to fill the position of an eLearning Creator.

Working with our eLearning Team, you will help design, develop, evaluate, and restructure Therap’s online classes and training solutions. This is a great opportunity for self-motivated applicants looking to develop eLearning material on both a conceptual and practical level in a creative, collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality, innovative e-Learning, live virtual, and flipped-classroom learning experiences that are clear, concise, and accurate.
• Collaborate with the learning management team, support specialists, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders on solutions and programs for various learning needs.
• Leverage modern software and best practices, including micro-learning, gamification/badging, and social/community aspects, to create interactivity and support engagement.
• Monitor and manage SCORM-compliant eLearning material with a focus on keeping them current and making iterative changes in response to participant feedback.
• Provide reports and status updates on project progress and eLearning material efficacy.
• Bring new and innovative ideas to the course development process.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

Skills Required:

• Ability to design effective eLearning content that align with learning objective and engage customers through various multimedia formats
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools, learning management systems, and other software tools used to create, manage, and deliver on-line content
• Ability to develop clear and concise eLearning content and manage projects from start to finish
• Ability to analyse data and assess the effectiveness of eLearning content, make data-driven decisions, and continuously improve the learning experience for our customers

Preferences:

• Experience with LMS (Docebo) and online course creation software (EasyGenerator) preferred
• Exposure to or experience with human services field a plus
