Primary Responsibilities
- Develop a deep knowledge of the Therap software
- Manage new provider implementation activities, assisting clients with set-up decisions based on Therap knowledge, organize and conduct regular workgroup meetings throughout implementation and post go-live process, and serve as the lead trainer in all client training sessions
- Train and consult single and multi-state providers, families, self-advocates, and anyone else using Therap
- Provide support & guidance to service professionals across our customer base that use the Therap software and guide them on utilization of the software using live customer support, via computer, and over the phone
- Work independently and collaboratively as an integral member of a diverse and dynamic national and international organization.

Preferences
- Experience working as a House Manager or equivalent in the developmental disability field
- Must have experience using Therap applications
- Passion for teaching, developmental disabilities, computers, social media, public speaking, marketing, traveling, and presenting.
