Primary Responsibilities
- Help in marketing activities such as email campaigns, content development, advertising and events planning
- Create innovative marketing campaigns and present the recommendations to management
- Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing process through email, content, events, and social channels
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data
- Assist in marketing research to identify new tools and approaches for the team to use
- Work with sales team to develop state and region specific marketing campaigns
- Upgrade content on existing web presence to support marketing efforts and SEO metrics
- Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
- Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics
Requirements
- Experience with building marketing campaign and strategies
- Preferred Therap user and/or I/DD industry experience
- Strong writing skills (emails, catalogs, social media)
- Experience with marketing campaigns and/or product launches
- Preferred BS or BA degree in the marketing/business field
- Ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to analyze data
- Attention to detail
- Team-oriented
