What Determines Your Price

How much does Therap cost?
Therap’s pricing starts at $130 per month for agencies supporting a small number of individuals. Above that, cost is calculated per individual supported per year and depends on how many people you serve and which modules you enable.
Is Therap priced per user or per individual served?
Therap’s pricing is per individual served. Adding staff accounts does not increase your subscription. This matters more in human services than in most software categories, because direct support turnover is high and per-seat pricing turns that turnover into a recurring cost.
Our state has a contract with Therap. Do we still pay?
In some states, a state agency contracts with Therap directly and provider access is covered in whole or in part under that agreement. In states without that arrangement, providers subscribe directly and pricing follows the per-individual model described above. If you are unsure which applies to you, please contact us.
What is the minimum to get started?
Therap’s most basic plan starts at $130 per month.
Is support included?
Yes. Therap’s online training and online support are included in every subscription at no additional cost, this starts with implementation assistance to get your agency live and continues with ongoing support.
Is there an implementation or setup fee?
No, Therap does not charge implementation or setup fees.
