What kind of daily tasks can my team complete on the Therap Mobile App?
The Therap Mobile App enables access and data entry for essential documentation including Daily Notes (T-Logs), Goal and Outcome Tracking (ISP Data), MAR, Scheduling/EVV, Secure Communications (SComm), Case Notes, Time Tracking, and more.
How does the Therap Mobile App protect PHI?
Therap’s Mobile Application does not store any information locally on devices. Access to the Mobile Application requires secure login, and both Two Factor Authentication (2FA) and Biometric Authentication are available as well. After logging in, your session automatically times out if you are inactive to limit access to PHI.
Is the Therap Mobile App HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Therap’s Mobile App is HIPAA compliant. All data transmitted through the app is encrypted. No Protected Health Information (PHI) is stored locally on the mobile device, ensuring that individual data remains secure even if a device is lost or stolen.
Does the app support Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)?
Yes. The app includes an EVV module that uses GPS location and time-stamping to verify service delivery, helping your agency stay compliant with state and federal requirements.
Can I use the app without an internet connection?
Therap offers an Offline Mode for specific modules, allowing staff to enter documentation without a signal. Once they’re back in a Wi-Fi or data zone, the app syncs the data automatically.
