Therap has introduced the Business Intelligence platform for aggregating agency-wide data and serving meaningful reports for various modules. Using the Business Intelligence platform, providers are able to create meaningful aggregate data reports/ dashboards that allow for identification of trends, execution of quality assurance activities, and assessment of overall agency performance in supporting individuals. Five Business Intelligence Dashboards are currently available for agencies: the Demographic Dashboard, the GER Dashboard, the Data Driven Outcomes (DDO) Dashboard, the Health Tracking Dashboard and the Billing Dashboard. Each dashboard allows users to:

  • Create meaningful reports and trends
  • Identify trends to evaluate agency-wide performance
  • Mine data to present intuitive graphical dashboards

Business Intelligence User Guides

Demographic Dashboard

The Demographic Dashboard provides aggregated reports on individual demographic data pulling directly from the Individual Data Forms (IDFs) of the individuals supported by the agency/state. This dashboard, allows for aggregation and comparison of data across providers and programs allowing the agency to recognize and respond to patterns at different levels of their organizations.

  • Aggregates demographic data for individuals receiving services from their Individual Data Forms (IDFs)
  • Allows for analysis of data at the program, provider, and state level

  • Allows for configurable representation of data in graphs, tables, and other formats
  • Allows for export of raw data into Excel/CSV formats for further analysis

GER Dashboard

The GER Dashboard provides the ability to identify GER (Incident Reports) trends at the state, provider, program type, and program levels. Providers can perform comparative analyses of variables including type, cause, severity, and location of incidents to enhance overall quality assurance and reduction of incidents. Oversight Providers can view information for both the Oversight agency and Linked agencies in order to get a quick overview of incidents affecting all individuals receiving services.

  • Aggregates GER/Incident report data captured from direct submission of incidents in Therap’s application
  • Allows for summary and longitudinal analyses of adverse incidents at all levels of organization (including state level reporting)
  • Provides comparison based analysis for trending of data across programs/providers/ etc.

Data Driven Outcomes (DDO) Dashboard

The Data Driven Outcomes (DDO) Dashboard allows providers to aggregate outcomes data for individuals they support into provider directed domains that allows for assessment of outcomes data at the individual, program, provider, and oversight levels.

  • Provides a statistical representation of outcome data from the Data Driven Outcome (DDO) module
  • Aggregates outcome data of individuals to track progress
  • Allows for assessment of outcome data at the individual, program, provider, and oversight levels
  • Provides the ability to add weighted values to individuals’ ISP Programs and generate trends

Health Tracking Dashboard

The Health Tracking Dashboard contains statistical representation of health data pulled from the Health Tracking modules. This allows the aggregation and comparison of data at oversight, provider, program, and individual levels.

  • Aggregates Health Tracking data such as Appointments, Seizures, Height/Weight, etc. to analyze individuals’ health status and progress
  • Allows statistical analysis of Diagnosis Groups across states and counties
  • Provides summaries and longitudinal analyses of various types of health-related components by year and by month

Billing Dashboard

The Billing Dashboard aggregates Billing Data and Claim information pulled from the Billing module. This allows assessment and comparison of billing related data at the oversight, provider, program, service, and individual levels.

  • Aggregates Billing information from Service Authorizations, Billing Data, and Claims for services provided to individuals
  • Allows statistical analysis of Utilized Units and Amounts across states and counties
  • Provides comparison based analyses for trending of data from the Billing module across programs/providers/ etc. by year and by month
