The Case Note feature is an effective tool for Case Managers to record details of meetings with guardians. Users can also record individualized service notes and enter service duration, location and activity type on Therap. Questionnaires can be linked to Case Notes and answers to the questions can be entered from the Case Note forms. The Case Note Template offers the ability to select which fields on the Case Notes should be visible and/or required. Case Notes can be marked as billable and professional claims can be generated for billable services which can be submitted electronically.
