East Coast Business Development Director
Ken has extensive experience working in the developmental disabilities community and has been involved in businesses that serve disadvantaged populations. Ken joined Therap in 2008 in Business Development after supervising the Home and Community Based Waiver Office in the District of Columbia. Prior to working with the District of Columbia government, he was a management consultant for several companies including Americans Management Systems, and National Computer Systems. In that capacity, he managed the implementation of Management Information Systems at approximately 20 colleges, worked as project manager for the Social Security Administration’s first implementation of a Wide Area Network, and managed the training for the introduction of the National Direct Student Loan program by the US Department of Education.
Ken has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Columbia College, Chicago, IL and a Masters degree in Organizational Communication from University of Illinois, obtained in the years 1978 and 1982 respectively.
