that staff members beginning their shifts are well informed. “We use it not only as a way to document what
the individual we're supporting has accomplished or how we've supported them, but we [also] use it as a way
to communicate from one staff member to the next,” explains Peterson. “If we have that T‑Log, we can
communicate instantly to the next person coming in on a shift.” This helps keep staff members updated and
ready to provide individualized supports as they rotate between locations.
Using Therap not only gives staff better access to information, but also helps DreamLife leverage their
data for better decision‑making and improved support strategies. "Having a mobile application
where we
can collect the data, aggregate it later, and use that data to make improvements on our services and how
we operate is one of the keys," states Peterson. DreamLife utilizes Therap's Data Dashboards, which
provide valuable insights into program effectiveness and areas for improvement. "The Data Dashboard is
helpful because it can identify issues that you need to pursue pretty quickly," Peterson notes. This
data‑driven approach has allowed DreamLife Destiny to identify trends, track progress, and make
informed
adjustments to their services.

one of the best service companies I've ever had in my life. The support system that is in place is
fantastic... I have never had an organization that's that responsive,” Peterson emphasizes. Given its

software. We researched a lot of systems and what their capabilities were. And I have to tell you – I think
this is by far the most cost effective system,” says Peterson.
